​You Book Us-You Work With Us:
When booking with Wild West Weddings you will be working with us directly from the start of your inquiry, all the way past your wedding day to that final video gallery delivery date. Other companies may send someone random who you have never spoken to before, or someone who hasn't been there to plan with you along the way. We say no to that "corporate company moto". I will be the one on that final consult and most of all I will be the one to video your entire wedding day. The work you see displayed on our website and social media reflects my personal work, not someone else's. We take pride in working with our couples directly side by side and that is a part of our brand as it reflects Caitlin and I. We only do this to be able to form those close relationships with our Wild couples who are tying the knot and who trust us throughout the process.

Are you camera shy? Are you awkward in front of a camera? Your comfort is our top priority! We always get to know our couples before working together. That's through an initial consultation to better understand your personalities, preferences, and concerns which assist us in tailoring our approach to ensure you both feel relaxed and natural in front of our cameras. When it comes to choosing a videographer making sure they are friendly and approachable is very important and Caitlin and I are just that! We aren't just at your wedding taking photos and videos, but also building connections. We will blend into your special day like a friend and create an atmosphere where you both forget about the camera and instead focus on the joy of the moment. Another important thing we focus on when it comes to comfort is posing guidance, but not formal poses ("ick"). We believe in capturing real, unscripted moments. Instead of stiff poses, we offer gentle guidance that allows you to be yourself. It's about capturing the natural chemistry and interactions between you and your partner, creating timeless videos that reflect your authentic connection. When it comes to movement and poses, we tailor every decision we make around our couples and that is why each wedding looks different from the last. Caitlin and I are constantly brainstorming and educating ourselves on new movements, angles, lighting and poses to bring new ideas to our weddings so that each of our couples have their own unique wedding day reel instead of a "traditional cookie cutter" wedding where everything looks the same. We include a true to color editing style with some warmth, which will show so much more emotion from your day. If you are looking for sunset coverage, we are the GOLDEN HOUR PROS! You don't also just receive an edited highlight reel, but you also receive fully recorded videos of the most important parts of your day like your ceremony, special dances, toasts etc! We know how to capture the candid moments, the heartfelt exchanges, and the joyous celebrations with an artistic flair. When it comes to communication we give our couples the option to contact us through email, The Knot, on social media pages, and through text message which our brides prefer most! We live in such a fast past world, so we understand that text message is the easier route and we are all for it. When it comes to response time, we guarantee a response to all messages within 24 hours. All of our couples know that they can reach us at any point in time whether it be questions about the services they have booked with us, or for wedding planning advice! This is very important when it comes to our relationships with our couples.

The tears will be flowing, tissues will be flying, goofy laughs will be filling the room. A reflection on the day where the most important people in their lives were all under one roof. Maybe some of those people are no longer with us, or maybe they haven't seen those people in a very long time. This is what we want all of our couples to feel when reflecting on the creativity and passion we have poured into their wedding day. From the beginning to the end of their film, they will be brought back to their wedding day instantly.
