We’re so excited you’re here because this is the start of one of the wildest, most amazing journeys of your life, and we get the honor of capturing it all. We’re Caitlin & Andrew, the husband-and wife duo behind Wild West Weddings. What started as just the two of us with a passion for weddings has grown into a full time, full service team of photographers, videographers, DJs, planners, and coordinators all working seamlessly together every single weekend to give couples the smoothest, most unforgettable wedding experience imaginable.
MEET CaitliN
Before we get to hear your story and all the details of your big day, here’s a little about mine (Caitlin’s):
I grew up on a farm, literally in diapers, bottle feeding animals and rolling around in the dirt. (Yes, I’ve taken naps in a trough. Yes, it was comfy.) Wild West aesthetics aren’t just a brand they’re in my blood and my roots. These days, if I’m not hanging out with Andrew, you’ll probably catch me at a pet store convincing myself my dogs definitely need another toy. Spoiler: they don’t. But I’m a proud crazy dog mom, so here we are. I’m also a foodie who loves to cook, and traveling to capture love stories whether local or destination is still one of my biggest joys. I have an obsession with desert esthetics and that includes everything cacti. I am a beach gal at heart and would love to lay in the sand and soak up the sun any day.
As for what I do? Well, I don’t just take pictures. I’m in love with photography, videography, planning, and coordinating basically, everything that makes a wedding run flawlessly and look incredible. My job is to keep things natural, organic, and stress-free: no stiff poses, no fake smiles, no awkward silences. Just you, your person, and all the wild, intimate, free-spirited moments that make your love story yours.

MEET ANDREW
Hey there I’m Andrew! Born in upstate New York and raised on a small family farm in Western Pennsylvania, I grew up with dirt on my boots and a deep respect for the Western lifestyle. My grandfather was a true cowboy, my hero, and the person who taught me to work hard, love harder, and always stay true to my roots. Those values are what shape everything I do today.
I’m not the type to sit still you’ll usually find me traveling, playing sports, or riding horses when I’m not at a wedding. But if I am at a wedding, you’ll find me doing what I love most: capturing love stories through film and packing dance floors with unforgettable energy.
I started my first wedding business back in 2010 offering both DJ and Videography services, and more than 12 years later, I’ve celebrated with hundreds of couples across the U.S. Along the way, my work has been featured on The Knot, Brides.com, Junebug Weddings, and more, but honestly, the biggest honor for me is always seeing couples relive their wedding day with tears in their eyes and smiles on their faces.
Here’s the thing: photos are amazing (and Caitlin is the queen of them), but videography takes storytelling to another level. With a wedding film, you don’t just see your day you get to hear the gasp during your first look, your dad’s toast, your mom’s laughter, and your grandma tearing up the dance floor. You get to relive the sound of your vows, the emotion in your voices, and all the moments you may have missed while you were caught up in the excitement. Add in aerial drone footage, cinematic editing, and the kind of care only someone who loves this work puts in, and you’ve got a film that feels like your very own love movie.
And when it comes to DJing? I take it just as seriously. Music sets the tone for the entire celebration, and nothing makes me happier than watching a packed dance floor, grandparents and flower girls alike, singing their lungs out and celebrating right alongside you.
For me, weddings aren’t just events they’re once-in-a-lifetime experiences. And I’m here to make sure yours is everything you dreamed of (and way more).
